• Your credit card will automatically be charged the total amount for the whole duration of your stay once your reservation is confirmed.
• For confirmed or guaranteed reservations, one (1) night room charge (i.e. agreed rate) will be levied on cancellation within 72 hours or in the event there is a “No Show”.
• A 5% administration fee shall be imposed on any cancellation made before the 72 hours notice. Thereafter, a Cancellation Reference Number/Code will be emailed to you as an acknowledgment of your cancellation in order to avoid any unintended disputes or misunderstanding in the future.
• A 50% penalty fee on one (1) night room charge (i.e. agreed rate) shall be imposed on shortened stay or early departure in less than 24 hours notice.
• A collection of RM100.00 per night as compulsory deposit upon check-in either by Cash or Credit Card verification.
• Official check-in time is at 2:00pm (1400 Hours) and check-out time is at 12:00noon (1200 Hours). Please notify us should there be any changes.
• Late Check-Out Charges: Before 6:00pm is 50% of the existing room rate while after 6.00pm is 100% of the existing room rate.
• In order to enjoy our Special Internet Rates, all online bookings must be make within 48 hours prior to actual date of arrival / check-in date
